In conjunction with their 25th anniversary, the flash memory specialist has released a range of new memory solutions that includes their Extreme II solid-state drive and Extreme UHS-1 SD/micro-SD cards.

Just-turned-25 and leading flash memory maker SanDisk has introduced an assortment of new memory solutions ranging from USB flash drives, solid-state drives and SD memory cards.

SanDisk Ultra USB 3.0 flash drive

Available in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB capacities, this USB 3.0 flash drive offers impressive transfer speeds of up to 80MB/s. The SanDisk Ultra also comes with a reassuring 5 year warranty. Prices range from S$19.50 to S$70.00.

SanDisk Extreme II solid-state drive

Designed for computing enthusiasts, the successor to the company’s Extreme line of SSDs features SanDisk’s nCache and 19nm flash memory technology to offer read and write speeds of up to 550MB/s and 510MB/s respectively. The drive is also backed by a 5 year warranty and is available in 120GB, 240Gb and 480GB capacity options. Prices range from S$225 to S$740.

SanDisk Extreme UHS-1 SD/micro-SD memory cards

To cope with increasingly demanding video recording and digital photographic technologies, the new SanDisk Extreme SD and micro-SD memory cards are rated UHS-1, offering transfer speeds of up to 80Mb/s write and 50MB/s read. The new memory cards are available in capacities of 16GB up to 64GB and come robust as well, boasting water and shock resistance. Prices range from S$35 to S$135.
