First shown off at IFA Berlin a little more than a month ago, Asus has announced that their latest Transformer Pad TF701T will hit stores tomorrow, October 12, for S$749 (inclusive of the dock).

Standout features of the TF701T include a 10.1-inch 2560×1600 resolution (300ppi) IPS display, the latest NVIDIA Tegra 4 quad-core SoC and an upgraded keyboard dock that now packs a USB 3.0 port. Support for Miracast wireless mirroring has also been thrown in. In terms of design, the slate sports a unibody frame made from aerospace-grade aluminium, resulting in a lightweight yet durable construction — evidenced by a fairly slim side profile of 8.9mm and a heft of 585g.

The TF701T runs Android 4.2.2 out of the box and will come with 32GB of internal storage. Memory expansion slots have also been included in the form of a microSD card slot on the tablet and a SD card slot on the keyboard dock. Battery life is rated at up to 13h for the tablet itself and 17h when plugged into the dock.

The Transformer Pad TF701T will be available from all ASUS authorized partners and brand stores.
